David Friedman: Future Imperfect

David Friedman is the author of books like “The Machinery of Freedom and Hidden Order: The Economics of Everyday Life”.

David now looks at a variety of technological major changes that might happen over the next few decades, their implications, and how to deal with them. In his books he covers many different topics ranging from encryption and surveillance through to biotechnology and nanotechnology to life extension, mind drugs, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence.
